Dancer

As a dancer and artist Lidia is known for her strong stage presence and personality. A clear artistic expression and an organic way of moving is her trademark. After 25 years on stage she is still curious and open for new challenges. And she never stops to surprise the audience.

She got her professional dance education at Public Ballet School in Warsaw between 1981 and 1989. After the graduation she has been working as a dancer at New Dance Theatre in Bytom, Opera Baltycka in Gdansk and Polish Dance Theatre in Poznan and between 2002 and 2015 at Skånes Dansteater in Malmö, Sweden.

Lidia has been dancing in pieces made by choreographers as Rui Horta, Örjan Andersson, Kennet Kvarnström, Didy Veldman, Ben Wright, Ewa Wycichowska, Uri Ivgi, Jo Strömgren, Jorma Outinen, Vaclav Kunes and many others.
